Nova Gourmets Personal Chef & Events was awarded best overall tasting Dessert at the H'Artful of
Love Gala. This is the first time we have entered our food into a
competition, so to win was just amazing! The Dessert we prepared was a
Lemon Mascarpone Cake with a Blackberry Coulis.
The evening was a successful fundraiser for the Lexington L...iving
Arts and Science Center! If you weren't able to attend last nights

Ashley Minton started as a personal chef in 2007. After doing small parties and weekly meals for about 6 months she brought on her mom Shelia Schad. Ashley is the head chef and runs most of the daily operations, while Shelia is the onsite coordinator for all of their events.
Ashley and Shelia are present for each and every event they do. While Ashley usually has her head over the stove, Shelia is making sure the event runs smoothly and the client is perfectly happy. They take pride in being so hands on with their clients. If you want your caterer to treat you like family and take care of your every need, then Nova Gourmets can definitely do the job.
